Brian Butler co-founded Dumb Ox Ministries in 2002 and went full-time in 2006. Before that, he served as the Associate Director for Youth Catechesis in the Archdiocese of New Orleans for two years, after spending five years teaching theology and coordinating campus ministry at the high school level. He is co-author of Theology of the Body for Teens (High School and Middle School Editions) as well as The Bible Thumper (vols. 1 & 2) and the director of the feature-length reality film, Mystery Trip. Brian’s bachelor’s degree is in Communications and he holds a Masters in Theology from Notre Dame Seminary School of Theology. He is the director of Abbey Youth Festival, has over 15 years of youth ministry experience, and is a popular speaker and trainer around the country. He enjoys music, sports and spending time with his wife, Lisa, and their four children.

Jason & Elise Angelette have been married since 2002 and have five beautiful children. They are the Co-Directors of the Faith & Marriage Ministry of the Willwoods Community and are dedicated to promoting the Sacramentality of marriage and providing for married couples opportunities of growth, enrichment, and support. Jason received a Masters in Theological Studies from the Pope John Paul II Institute on Studies of Marriage and Family at Catholic University in Washington, D.C.. His ministry experience includes high school campus ministry, teaching theology at the high school and college level as well as working on and speaking at various retreats and events nationwide with Dumbox Ministries and Catholic Answers. He is also the co-host for a weekly television program on WLAE entitled Issues & Faith. Elise graduated from Franciscan University of Steubenville in Steubenville, Ohio with a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education. She then taught Drama and Kindergarten in Covington, La, followed by a First Grade teacher position in Alexandria, VA. Elise has been involved in music ministry, as well as retreat leadership and speaking ministry for both teens and young adults with Dumbox Ministries. Both Elise and Jason also serve as board members to the Alexander House.

Greg & Lizzy Boudreaux share a profound reverence for one another, and this reverence is the reason they love, the reason they sacrifice, and the reason they sing. They have been married since 2012 and have formed their own Greg&Lizzy band. Prior to performing together as a duo, they each spent years sharing their hearts and music as worship leaders across the US and internationally. Greg currently works with the Dumb Ox team facilitating outreaches and retreats, including Mystery Trip LIVE, Camp Echo, and the Human Person and Beauty Series. With a love for adventure, evangelization, and music, he is grateful for the opportunities he’s had to bring the Good News to many parts of the country. home. In collaboration with Dumb Ox, the couple recently recorded a full-length studio album of original music called To the Dust, about authentic love and relationships. Greg holds a bachelor’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Auburn University, and has received ongoing education.

The Dominican Sisters of St. Cecilia are responding to the call of Pope John Paul II for a “new evangelization” and to the growing need in the world for witness to the Gospel message. The Little Sisters of the Poor are an international congregation of Roman Catholic women religious founded in 1839 by Saint Jeanne Jugan. Together with a diverse network of collaborators, they serve the elderly poor in over 30 countries around the world.
Continuing the work of Saint Jeanne Jugan, their mission is to offer the neediest elderly of every race and religion a home where they will be welcomed as Christ, cared for as family and accompanied with dignity until God calls them to himself. Their vision is to contribute to the Culture of Life by nurturing communities where each person is valued, the solidarity of the human family and the wisdom of age are celebrated, and the compassionate love of Christ is shared with all.
